Sylvotherapy—often called ‘forest therapy’—is the practice of using nature as a guide for healing and clarity. In our sessions, I create space for you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself through the living energy of trees and landscapes. Whether it’s a guided walk, a meditation among the roots, or a mindful moment in stillness, sylvotherapy is about restoring balance. It’s where the natural world becomes both mirror and medicine.
As I expand my work as a sylvotherapy practitioner, I am inviting participants into prototype sessions. These sessions allow you to experience the grounding and restorative benefits of nature, while also helping me refine a practice that will support many others on their healing journeys.
